Applied Techniques.

Silicone, embroidery, and PVC as standalone or applied finishes.

Overview

3D puff embroidery, tonal stitch, PVC inlay, and silicone printing applied directly onto woven or printed labels, or produced as standalone patches. Tactile brand differentiation at the trim level.

  • 1. Construction :
Decorative add-ons that give a raised, 3D effect, either as separate patches or added onto a woven label. Includes silicone and rubber logos, raised (puff) embroidery, same-colour (tonal) stitching, and PVC inlays.
  • 2. Application :
For a raised, tactile logo that adds a premium touch, common on sportswear, denim, outerwear, and caps.
  • 3. Finish & hand :
Raised and textured. Silicone and rubber are soft, flexible, and stand up well to washing; embroidery is firmer and more textured.
  • 4. Selection notes :
Silicone and rubber handle heavy washing and wear better than embroidery, so they suit sportswear and workwear. These are add-ons to a label, not a label on their own.
