Overview

Flexo and digital-printed labels on woven, poly, and satin substrates. GHS/REACH compliant care content, barcode-ready layouts, and full-colour brand printing on a single label.

1. Construction:
Labels with the information printed on, rather than woven. Used mainly for care and size details, where there's a lot of small text.
2. Application:
Care labels, size labels, and legal information: wash symbols, fabric content, and country of origin.
3. Finish & hand:
Thin, soft, and lightweight. Available as a soft fabric version for comfort against the skin, or a water-resistant version for sportswear and swimwear.
4. Selection notes:
Printing is much cheaper than weaving for small text and wash symbols, which is why care labels are almost always printed rather than woven. Use the water-resistant version on swim and sports pieces.
